Nestled at the end of a quiet cul de sac, the home offers tranquil views of the surrounding wetlands. There are 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a living room with wet bar, a dining room, kitchen with dining nook, spacious media room with TV, and a kids playroom. The first floor offers a private guest bedroom (one queen bed and two twin beds) and a private full bath. The second floor offers a main bedroom (king bed) with private full bathroom (radiant heat flooring), as well as two additional bedrooms (a queen canopy bed and a queen bunkbed) with a separate full bath. An additional half-bath for guests sits near the dining room and kitchen.Amenities include: central air, ceiling fans in every bedroom, keyless entry and alarm system, washer/dryer, a gas BBQ grill, wifi with extenders, wood fireplace, wet bar with wine fridge, induction stove, and a media room with a 75" smart TV. The home was recently renovated top-to-bottom, and is fully powered by solar (backup Tesla batteries in case of a storm).
